WordPress DB Backup Plugin

While searching the database of WordPress plugins in WordPress.org, I found a plugin about WordPress DB backup. I feel curious about it so I tried to download it. As I try it to this blog, it was perfect. It is now easy for me to have a regular backup. In fact, it can also do scheduled backup wherein you can also choose per hour, day, or weekly.

You can choose different options on how you want the database be saved — Save to server (wp-content/backup-5557b/), Download to your computer, Email backup. For me, email backup is the best choice. Because I believe that it is very safe in your email. And now google mail has the capacity of about 6gb of email space. You can even set your email address to scheduled backup. If you got a small blog, I suggest to do weekly backup. If you have a very big blog, you can do daily backup.

And finally, your files are safe. Even if your web hosting say goodbye you have nothing to worry about. You got a backup!

    Having a weekly backup for me is not that satisfactory enough as I access my favorite and busy domains more than 14 hours a day, so changes keeps on taking place every now and then unless my blogs are hosted from free blogging platforms like wordpress and blogger .

    Basically, keeping an old copy before each of any file changes I have made makes it very convenient for me aside from personal copies of each daily backups.

    Backing up is still important you know. We don’t know what will happen in the future..We can’t say so we must be ready at all times. And this back up plugin is hassle-free because it can send the back-up into your email daily or weekly.
