Sunday Link Love #5 and Updates

I’ve been busy this past few days because of our community service for Related Learning Experience in my Nursing course (LOL I hate it). I failed to make some new post but I didn’t failed to do blog hopping, leave some comments, and read interesting posts.
Here are just some of the best posts I have read in the blogosphere this week:
- Make Money With Online Directories by DaBlogger - After reading this post, I came up with an idea of making a directory using phpLD and make someprofit from it. But the problem is I don’t have yet such money to buy phpLD3 (i want it and not the free version) and a unique design.
- This Blog Is For Sale by Stand Out Blogger - Maybe you have all noticed that this popular blog failed to update for over a month. If you are subscribed to this blog or tried to visit it what you will see is a recent post stating that that blog is for sale. Stand Out Blogger has a big potential so if you have such money why not bid and own a great blog.
- Make Money Blogging: Selling Your Ad Spots by ProTycoon - If you want to make money from your blog, then you better read this blog post of David on how you can sell your ad spots in your blog. He has also different blog post on how you can make profit from your blog.
- How I Make a Fortune with WordPress Themes by NetStrife - NetStrife is just a new blog and starting to be popular in the blogosphere. Lucas share with us on how he make fortune with WordPress themes. I envy his blog design.
Blog Update
After adding subscribe and advertise page, the next page I have added in the nav bar is the archives page. You can sell all the blog post I have made in the past days. I believe this can help me in my search engine optimization campaign and can give me a good return. If you are curious with what plugin I use to have that archives page, then it is the Clean Archives Reloaded.
I am thinking of what to be the prize for the September Comment King. Or should I change my contest and make it blog about my contest instead. If there will be sponsors who can help me with the prizes then I will make the next contest blog about my contest. But if none, then it will just be again top commentator contest and my own money will be the prize.

@T.H: Actually that’s the course I really wanted *sigh* Too bad my parents can’t support 2 Nursing students at a time.
Anyway the problem with these Online Directories, is the promoting part which is so tedious.

But Directories is different from blogs because in directories, if no one purchase links from it, you have no earnings.
