I really like this theme. I want to use it here in my blog but I don’t want to change since I have just changed my theme last month which I won from BlogOhBlog’s contest.

I have also noticed their usage agreement for the theme stating “This theme is free to download and use on as many sites as you would like. That being said, we would sincerely appreciate if you left the credits in the footer. Thank you. We hope you enjoy the theme!” Does it mean that we are allowed to remove the credits in the footer because they didn’t mention that the credits must not be remove and instead they just said that they will appreciate if we will left the credits.
