Blog Flipping Budget Plan

Blog flipping is getting popular nowadays. What is that? Blog flipping is you make a fresh blog and then you sell it after you get decent traffic. Seems that this is an easy job but somewhat hard. This require some budget but if you succeed with this type of internet marketing, I’m pretty sure that you will get a very awesome return. You could make your money multiply twice, thrice, or even more depending on your style and strategy.
I do want to flip blogs but the problem is I don’t have much financial resources. I have prepared a budget plan for my blog flipping.
Domain registration - $5.99 at NAME.com (with promo code)
Web Hosting - $0.01 for the first month at Hostgator (with promo code)
WordPress Theme - A premium one cost $29 at PremiumThemes.net (More Details)
Articles - $3/article, I am not good in writing that’s why I need to hire an article writer. There are several writers in Digital Point Forums available for hire. Maybe I need 10 articles for easy selling.
Total: $65
I got a total of $65. Whenever I got $65, I will start immediately doing this flipping thing and try if I can make profit here. Perhaps I could sell the finish product after a month for more than $100. Let’s say I would be able to sold it for $100, then my profit would be $35. The earnings from advertisement on the one month stay of the blog in my hand is not yet included there.
If I fail here, I have nothing to worry about because Ryan of Smarter Wealth have a bag of ideas on what to do with a failed blog flip.

Budget plan looks good. Good luck with the flip man!

This is a great budget plan and a great idea to boost your income earnings. Say you did this 10 times per month…that is $350 and that is a pretty good income.
Personally I don’t really like blog flipping, I am trying to learn how to start niche websites and earn recurring income from advertising…but we will see how this goes
niche sites catches also my attention when I stumbled on this blog: nichefree.com
i would want to try also blog flipping. actually i have a 9 months site making $70/month on adsense, and want to flip it. I promote it for almost 3 months and abandoned it.

@Dilson Decano: Why did you abandoned it. $70/month is already big. OMG If you will flip I’m pretty sure the price will be somewhat nice.
Pretty smart Hussein
But I doubt if a 10 post blog will fetch anything at all… Btw, the monkeyblogger was on sale… Did he manage to sell it??
Cheers,

@Ajith Edassery: That’s what I am also thinking. I think it would be hard for me to sell it if it has only 10 entries. I’m thinking of an alternative type of site to flip.
Good idea but try to hold that for at least 6 months and re-invest the money what you get from advertising. Blogs with 6 months old and a steady income sells faster and with a good money.
BTW: need a coupon code for NAME.com (X8PT23 is not working anymore)
@Startup Biz: Oh, 6 months is too long by that time I am already in love with the blog that is supposed to be flipped.
You try XUP599
good luck with this. looking forward to hearing about how the plans works out in reality.
